Default analysis of variance with lack of fit in excel

Is it possible to calculate this in excel with a statistical tool?

Bob -

Excel's Analysis ToolPak add-in has three kinds of ANOVA.

If you want the usual summary measures of "lack of fit" for a multiple
regression model, you can use (1) the Regression tool of the Analysis
ToolPak or (2) the array-entered LINEST worksheet function.
