What does the green triangle to the top left of a cell mean???

These rows are being imported as blank values when I import this worksheet
into Access.

Typically means that an error exists in the cell. Most commonly a
number stored as text, which is sometimes necessary due to leading
zeros and such. You should be able to see what the error is by
selecting the cell and clicking the dropdown arrow on the little
exclamation point popup.
