Default Lookup

Hi,

Country Month Value
Germany 1 100.00
Germany 5 250.00
UK 7 400.00
Spain 2 300.00
UK 5 250.00
Germany 9 710.00

I need to pull out the value that match to Country=Germany and Month=9.
I am sure Vlookup or offset are not possible.
What formula should I write?

Country in Column A, Month in Column B & Value in Column C:

=SUMPRODUCT((A2:A7="Germany")*(B2:B7=9)*C2:C7)
