Default Copy of data from word into excel

Hi
I neeed to copy data from word into excel .I am unable to copy the same in
columbs aand rows as the data in word is not in a table. Any suggestion how i
can get the data in coulumbs and rows in excel would be appreciated .

Below is a sample of word document that i need to get into excel in a table
form .
