Default using value of cell to differentiate 3 group of testing sequences

I am trying to differentiate 3 group of testing sequences by excel sheet, pls
let me know if it is possible.

Cell A1 will be dropdown list of testing seq 1, 2 & 3 that I had created
using Data Validation.

Row B - apply to seq 1
Row C - apply to seq 1,2
Row D - apply to seq 1,3
Row E - apply to seq 2,3

Any idea/function to use so that row B,C,D will show/highlight for seq 1, C
& E for seq 2 etc.. I had total of 100 testing rows.
