Default absolute reference to workbooks

What is the syntax to referring to another worksheet in a specific
folder/directory with an absolute referrence?
I frequently save-as the referneced workbooks and the calling workbook
updates the formulas to the new saved-as name. I want it to continually
refer to the original name.

Thanks.
