Default how do i transfer necessary rows/data from a master sheet

i have downloaded a master sheet with info for 10 specific groups. now i
would like to set-up a macro in a different sheet to pull only the data
related to one particular group. it seems like a easy macro but i can't
figure it out. can someone help?
