Default Sorting challange

I wish to click on "Sunday"cell and perform the following:

1) The information from BY8 to DF73 is to be sorted by BZ, CA, and CC.
2) Information from CC and CE is to be copied to B and D respectively (75
rows)

Then when clicking on "RESET" cell, the information BY8 to DF73 is returned
to its original order by sorting on BY ( same 75 rows).

The same will be applied to the "Monday" cell copying columns CK and CM to B
and D.
Of course this goes on for Tues, Wed....

The number of rows will not change unless many new employees are added.
Is it time to learn how to design a MACRO?

Thoughts appreciated
