I would like the first row of each page to have the same information.
Without making it a header, and having to retype it each time!!

You don't see the information unless you are looking at the page in
page preview or have printed the pages out.

se File | Page Setup and specify on the Sheet tab which rows are to be
printed at the top of each page.
