Default How do I tell Excel to take a selected item and copy it to anothe.

I'm trying to tell Excel to copy and paste only items that have been checked
off in a check box on a worksheet. I would like the checked item to
automatically be copied and pasted into another worksheet. Is there anyway
to do this?
