Default Does someone know what is the capacity of each workbook?

I use workbooks for all my office needs and I have some that are really
giving me a headache. To copy, paste, move, close or open, well, for
everything they take so much time, very, very slow. I don't know if I reached
the maximum capacity or what, but I really need help.
