The window for the LINEST (linear regression) function is so small that the
"b" value in the formula y=mx+b is cut off by the right edge of the window. |

You can click the icon (have no idea what it's supposed to represent) on the
far right of the "input box". That'll give you a little more visible room to work. Then just click it again to restore to its orginal configuration. This is a pet peeve of mine. That Icon when clicked puts you into "selection" mode. You can then point to a cell or range instead of typing it in. Name of it escapes me right now. Gord On Mon, 30 Jul 2007 13:58:39 -0400, "T.
