Default Tab Key Expanded Cell Movement

My boss was using and I believe adjusting settings within excel and now
when I'm hitting the Tab key and expecting to go to the next cell I'm
brought out about 6 columns instead of 1. She tells me that I should be
using the arrow keys to move to the next cell but it's not what I am
accustomed to or want to do. She's not going to change it back for me.
I need help.

Thanks

ToolsOptionsTransition.

De-select "Transition Navigation Keys".

Toolsoptionstransition, uncheck transition navigation keys. I bet she
didn't know what she did but can't admit it (typical boss?), that's why she
can't change it back
