Default Frequency formula

I copied a sample Frequency formula from the Help in Excel 2007 and it works
Ok, but I am unable to Edit it because it tells me I can't alter an array.
Any help please ?

You have to change all cells containing the array formula, so pick one of
the cells, edit the formula in it, hold down [Ctrl] and [Shift] keys and
press the [Enter] key.
