Hi, could anyone help me please?
I have set up some validation lists to do with training needs and in my first list there are standard type of training required (ie Soft Skills, Technical, On The Job, etc) and if the user selects Soft Skills, a list of standard soft skills is displayed for them to choose from. However, is there a way I can make say the selection for On the Job and Technical a free-format field so the user can input their own text, without having to select a pre-defined choice as for say Soft Skills? I hope I have made sense. Many thanks. Rachel |
