We can extract numbers on an "aging data" tab, but a subsequent pivot table has the days listed in columns in either one of the following order: Over 1 year 90 60 365 30 270 180 or 0-30 181-270 271-365 31-60 61-90 Over 1 year Obviously, we'd prefer that they be in a more usable sequence of 0-30, 31-60, etc. . . Field settings/advanced allows a possible sort (ascending, or descending), but still will not sort properly. Perhaps the format of the source data? Ideas are appreciated. Pierre I figured it out. Right-click on a cell that contains a pivot item column heading, lets say 31-60. From the shortcut menu, choose Order, then click on one of the Move options (right or left), we can move the heading (and subsequently it's filtered data, to a more readable cell. Cool, thank you to Debra D's site. Pierre |
