A bond has a $1,000 par value, 12% coupon rate, interest on the bond is paid
annually, the current yield to maturity on the bond is 6%, and the maturity of the bond is 10 years. I'm having problems with the formula to compute the following: 1. What is the value of the bond? 2. What is the current yield on the bond? |
