Getting text data from a pivot table

Don't know if the above is legible - I hope it is - I am trying to use
GETPIVOTDATA to return the policy number so that I can use it in a lookup for
applicable rates - but I'm failing badly -
I'd also like to do a similar thing with state and WC Code

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
