I have worked on an excel document for more than 10 minutes and I have
autosave set-up to save the document every 10 minutes. I have now lost the original excel document and I have found the excel sheet it was"saved to" however when I open this nothing is there, where can I find this data? |

What is the filename and extension of what you believe is the autosaved file?
If something like ~ar123.xar rename to myfile.xls and open it. Don't use the original filename. BTW Autosave and Autorecovery are not the same thing. Autosave was discontinued in 2002 and onward. Autosave made true incremental overwrites of the file. Autorecovery just makes a backup which it should delete if Excel closes normally.
