Default Complex timesheets

I need a function that can tell me number of hours worked during morning,
evening and night shifts as well as divide the shifts into regular time and
overtime hours worked.

For example:
in out in out
Hours(R) Hours(OT)
Mon 8am 11am 11:30am 5pm 8
.5
Tues 8am 11am 11:30am 5pm 8
.5

Morning 15 Morning OT
Evening 1 Evening OT 1
Night Night OT

12am - 8am = Night
8am - 4pm = Morning
4pm - 12pm = evening

Thanks in advance and emails welcomed
