how can i automate the copy-insertion of a specific number of rows
Hello again,
I am trying to shorten the time of copy-paste rows from multiple sheets to be inserted in another sheet - one at a time. - under one workbook. e.g. on "sheet1" on A1, i will place the number of rows to be copied from "sheet2", lets say A1=9. then on A2 a formula must be placed to display the range rows that will be copied from sheet2, lets say maybe A2 = "Sheet2!20:28". I then will click a macro to execute the "copy the range from sheet2 and insert the "n" rows along lets say to start in Row 10 of sheet1 then paste special <value and format only. I have read a thread about these sometime from long ago...yet there may be a macro <fresh one unique for this basic task of excellation... thanks and best regards, driller -- ***** birds of the same feather flock together.. |
