Default Need to "merge" two subtotaled lists and show variances

Hi

I have two sheets containing subtotaled lists, containing information
subtotaled by a client code. I need to effectively merge the lists and make
them the same as each other, as there are sometimes codes on one that aren't
on the other so that I can identify the differences in the subtotaled values.

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks
