Capital Calculation
Hi
I need to calculate capital from a given repayment, term and interest rate. i.e. Repayment 2.000 Term 240 months Interest 13% Per annum Result ?? (+/- 172,560) Any takers? Regards EricB |

Loan: $170,710 Interest rate: 13.00 % Term: 20 years Payments per year: 12 Number of payments: 240 Payment at end of period. It is the "PV" formula shown in Excel help.
