Default Vacation Accrual Formula Need Help Please!

I need to set up a spreadsheet that shows the employee name, date of hire,
anniversary date and vacation accrual rate per week.

The accrual rates are as follows:

Anniversary Date
Days Accrued for year 1,2,3,4,5

Year one-5days
Year two-5 days
Year three-5 days
Year Four-10days
Year Five-10 days
Year 9 & On-15 days


0.0192@40HRS A WEEK=0.76 WEEK
0.0384@40 HRS A WEEK=1.53 WEEK
0.0576@40 HRS A WEEK=2.30 WEEK

Any help would be appreciated very much! I'm still in the dark when it comes
to making up formulas.
