Default Highlighting with hyperlinks

Hello,
Does anyone know if there a way to have the cell that a hyperlink goes to
become highlighted when the hyperlink is used within the same workbook?

Also can you use a hyperlink to go to (and hopefully hightlight) a series of
cells rather than just one?

Thanks very much,

Highlighted as in colored?

Probably need some event code but too late in day for me.

To select a range of cells right-click and InsertHyperlinkPlace in this
document.

Select a sheet and in the cell reference type A1:A10.
