I am working on a spreadsheet where I have two dates being compared, and a
column using the If function to say whether it was completed on time or late.
I would like that field color to change depending on the outcome of the
function. Is this possible, and if so, how do I do it?

Oh, and I am using Office 2007. Sorry!
