Right-click on any sheet tab and "select all sheets".
CTRL + a(twice in 2003) on active sheet to select all cells. CopyPaste SpecialValuesOKEsc. Ungroup the sheets by selecting any sheet but the active one or right-click and "Ungroup sheets".
