Default Help with Pivot Table and totals

Scenario, I have the following Pivot Table:

order_date request_dateproj_ship_date Data Total
5/4/2006 8/1/2007 6/12/2007 Count of doc_no 1
Days Difference -50
On Time 1
0 to 30 days 5
30 to 60 days 0
60 to 90 days 8
Past 90 days 0
5/29/2007 Count of doc_no 1
Days Difference -64
On Time 1
0 to 30 days 5
30 to 60 days 0
60 to 90 days 2
Past 90 days 0
6/11/2007 Count of doc_no 1
Days Difference -51
On Time 1
0 to 30 days 0
30 to 60 days 0
60 to 90 days 0
Past 90 days 0

I want to show the TOTAL (as a count) for all the following fields: On
Time, 0 to 30 days, 30 to 60 days, etc (all these fields are
*Calutaled fields*. How do I do this? FYI this is just a *portion* of
my pivot table, so I can not (will take forever, and when data changes
wont work) manually click on each cell to calculate the total.

I tried using the predefined *grand totals for rows* option in the
pivot table and its showing me wrong data.

I reallyyyy need help...I am about to break the computer!

Thanks in advance...
