When you ready to paste your pivot table data, from the Edit menu, choose
'Paste Special'. Then choose 'Values'. This will paste only the values from the Pivot Table removing all pivot functionality. Hope this helps. " wrote: I have produced a Pivot Table and want to use it as a base to add further information from other areas. I have copied and pasted the Pivot Table to a new spreadsheet. I can not work out how to remove the Pivot Table functionality (leaving the information created by the pivot table) to create a normal spreadsheet that can then be manipulated further. Please advise how I can remove the original pivot table functionality to create a normal excel spreadsheet? Thanks for your help. |
