Default undo and redo do not work

I was using Excel 2003 and my undo and redo functions just quit working. I
upgraded to 2007 and still are grayed out. Please help.

Also, when I use my scroll wheel on my mouse it now changes the zoom instead
of scrolling up and down like it used to.

I have had the same when I had a macro running that updates a cell upon an
imput in another cell. This stopped undo redo working.

to stop te zoom on the mouse have a look at toolsoptionsgeneral and untick

You could try changing the security setting to very high,
toolsmacrosecurity tick very high and see if there is a macro warning when
you open the file. If there is a warning then dont allow the macro to run
and see if that works. If there is no warning then it's back to the drawing
board
