Default Calculate time

I need to track time? In col. j2 & k2 are formated with
custom H:MM:SS. In L2 im looking to get the span of time
in H:MM:SS. In M2 average span of time (cumul)??

any feed back would of great help.

L2: =K2-J2
M2: =SUM($L$2:L2)

and copy down. Make sure the M cells are formatted as [hh]:mm:ss to cater
for more than 24 hours
