With the first name in A1 and last name in B1, in C1 enter the formula: =A1 & "." & B1 & " -- Hope that helps. If you've got first names in column A, surnames in column B, and domain
names in column C, then in cell D2 you can put the formula =A2&"."&B2&"@"&C2 Then copy the formula as far down the column as you need. -- David Biddulph wrote in message ups.com...
