I've imported a report to Excel. It looks something like this:

Column A Column B
Column C
Name: Smith Fax: 321-321-3321 NPI:
1234567890
Address: Oak Street PTD # of Patients: 123 UPIN:
12345A
City: Winter Park YTD # of Patients: 567 MCR:
12345W
Phone: 123-234-3456 On Call: Yes MCD:
5647898

The above information is repeated for another 1500 doctors. I know there is
a way to transpose the headings (Name, Address, City, Phone, Fax, etc.) to
columns because a co-worker was able to do it but he left before he had a
chance to show me how. I'd like to be able to run a pivot report from this
data.
