Delete Duplicate records
I have a table with 9 columns. Each column has different information like
Title address city state phone ... I need to delete the records in which the phone # is the same. How can I do this. I have tried the advanced filter but am not sure if I am doing it correct. I can get a list of the unique number copied, but what I really need is for it to delete the whole record or row for leaving just one record per phone number. |
