How can I prevent 3 tabs of a 6 tab workbook from being printed automatically
if someone clicks on print workbook - they are refernece tabs only which shoudl never be printed. Thanks |

highlight only the cells you wish to have printed, then go to the file
menuprint settingsset print area, then save your file again with those new settings. This should set it for every time the document gets opened. Sorry I misread your question, to get the sheets you want to print, click on
the first sheet, then if it is the first three sheets, just hold the shift key down and select the first 3 sheets, if the sheets are not directly beside each other, hold down the ctrl key and choose the sheets you wish to print, in the print preview window you can make sure you have what you want before you print it "Laura" wrote: How can I prevent 3 tabs of a 6 tab workbook from being printed automatically if someone clicks on print workbook - they are refernece tabs only which shoudl never be printed.
