Excel 2k3 SP2 I have a table that looks like this with over 55,000 rows: Dist Nbr Customer Acct Nbr Customer Number Bill-to Company Name Bill Grp 7510 60000100 600001 SUMTER PACKAGING CORPORATION 00 4611 60000200 600002 A SMOOTH MOVE LLC 00 0670 60000300 600003 AIMET TECHNOLOGIES INC 00 0405 60000400 600004 ATLANTIC PLANT SERVICES INC 00 0548 60000500 600005 R AND R CARTAGE INC 00 0550 60000600 600006 ACCURATE RESPONSE INC 00 I need 3 separate lists from this raw data, 1. List of Cust_Numbers with multiple Bill_Groups per Customer number 2. List of Cust_Names with multiple Cust_Numbers 3. List of Cust_Nos with multiple Bill_Groups with a unique Cust_Name per Bill_Grp I setup all my pivots but I don't want the unique records and I can't figure out how to take those out. Any takes?!!!! I need this fast, short deadline, going crazy... :-0 I posted on Mr. Excel weeks ago and no response. Thanks so much. -- Hile |
