Is there anyway to turn this feature off within cells? In other words, I
want to drag the contents of one cell, Fall 06, for example, and keep that value instead of Excel increasing the number by 1 with each successive cell; 07, 08, etc. Thanks |

One way. Just do a right-click drag down on the fill handle (instead of the
usual left-click drag down), then choose "Copy Cells" from the menu pop up -- Max Singapore http://savefile.com/projects/236895 xdemechanik --- "stuck in van nuys" wrote: Is there anyway to turn this feature off within cells? Hi. To turn it off, hold the Ctrl key as you drag the cell down. :) -- HTH :) Dana DeLouis Windows XP & Office 2007 "stuck in van nuys" wrote in message ... want to drag the contents of one cell, Fall 06, for example, and keep that Is there anyway to turn this feature off within cells?
