Default Excel List submenu missing in XP, after reloading builtin menus

I'm running XP and cannot get create list function to operate. It simply
doesn't appear as a submenu on the Data menu.

The DataCreate List feature was first introduced in Excel 2003.

Excel XP(2002) does not have that feature.

Thanks for the info Gord

So how do I create that nice functionality in XP? I like it because it
automatically adds another row to my list.

Any clues?

Have you looked at DataForm for adding data to a new row?

It doesn't have the same functionality and requires blank rows below your data
to add new items to, but works after a fashion.

You can then use DataSort and DataFilter on that range.

David McRitcjie has VBA code for inserting rows and maintaining formulas as you
insert.

John Walkenbach has an Enhanced Data Form.
