Tracer Arrows and Objects Not Showing On Screen, But Do Print
 

I'm on Excel 2002 and have completely un-installed and re-installed and ran
all updates for Excel 2002. My issue is that I have a user who's tracer
arrows and objects do not show up on his screen or in print preview, however
they do print. If the same worksheet is opened on another computer, all is
well. Any ideas? I'm guessing it's some viewing setting or something?? I
can't figure it out. Any help would be greately appreciated. Thank you for
