Thanks mike for the quick response....that is food for thought. The only
problem is that this particular item is being ordered on a regular basis and sometimes we order more even when we havent received the previous order and in extreme situations we will order again on top of that. Any thoughts? I basically want to be able to type in an amount ordered and it remember the previous number. When I put "received" in, it automatically takes out of the "on order" amount.
