Reformatting text in cells

I've got a payroll dump where everything is in caps (eg First Name and
Surname) - about 2000 rows.

To make it easier on the eye I'd like to add new columns so each text cell
is shown as Initial Caps

ie 'BENJAMIN' becomes 'Benjamin'

Can SKS tell me how (if ?) it might be done
