Template Wizard in Excel 2007

Hi,

I use the template wizard in Excel 97 to create a database with
information I enter in an invoice template. I want to upgrade to
Office 2007, but I can't find any information if this can be done in
Excel 2007.

When I click on the DATA tab, I don't see that option.
