Default DropDown Question

In excel is I possible to control what is available in a drop down based on
the value of another cell?

Example

If I select EUR in Cell A1 I want the selections available in cell b2 to be
1 or 2

If I select GBP in Cell A1 I want the selections available in cell b2 to be
1 or 4
