Default Only show certain columns

I have a simple Excel spreadsheet with just names, account numbers,
and card numbers.

I only want to view the names that occur more than once to see who has
multiple accounts. Basically, the opposite of a "Unique values only"
check box.

How would I go about doing this?

Any help is appreciated.
