I have sales and salespeople for three years (2004, 2005, & 2006). I have
set up a calculated field to generate average sales per sales person. Next, I set up a calculated item to generate a % change from 2004 to 2005 (and a second calculated item to do the same from 2005 to 2006). In my calculated item, the results are accurate for sales and the number of sales people. For my calculated field, however, the percentage is way off. I can't even figure out what, exactly, is being calculated. Is this a pivot table limitation, or am I missing something. Please advise. I'm using MS Excel 2003. nick |
