If i have a range of numbers in one column, how do i go about adding a single
number to this entire range? for example if i have

Hi,
This is easy. Put 0.009 into a blank cell and copy it. Now select the range
that contains the values you want to add this value to, goto Edit-
PasteSpecial-Add (alt+E, S, Alt+D), and voila!

Hth,
Oli
