I have many rows of daily data by employee. For example, at the minimum,
there will be 2 rows of data per employee by day for over 5000 employees. I have sorted by employee by day and then executed subtotals by employee and by day. My question: I would like to transfer just the employee's daily total to a new sheet. When I collapse the view from the subtotals and copy, it brings all the data (even the hidden) with it. Is there a way to just keep the data I need from the subtotal function? -- Amy |
