Default Break-up for a single row

I have 2 sheets one is for Purchase and other one is for sale.
In purchase sheet i have created and ID for every purchase which includes
symbol of purhcase item, like; first) Pur-POL-1001 2nd) Pur-OGDC-1002
In Sales sheet also have sales Id on the same pattern start with the letter
SALE-OGDC-1001. there are break-ups in sales quantity for a specific purchase
Id entered with every sales through Data Validation Drop Down
for example If Pur-POL-1001 purchase Quantity is 100,000 there may be sale
of 25,000 through sale id Sale-POL-1007 and for 50,000 through Sale id
Sale-POL-1012 and still 25,000 in stock.

I want to summarise the whole position for all the purchases in one sheet,
formatted as follows

Purchase ID Date Qty. Sale ID Date Qty

Pur-POL-1001 100,000 Sale-POL-1007 25,000
Sale-POL-1012 50,000
Pur-OGDC-1002

and so on

is there a way i can paste purchase ID equal to the count it appears in
sales sheet, so i can have in hand position of stock through purchase ID.
Want to use any sort of funtion or formula because i have to further move on
need any suggestion
