Default Border lines disappear

I am making a form and some of the border lines do not show up. When I click
on the format it shows the lines are there, but they are not on the for or
the print preview. I printed the form and some of the lines are not there.

And by form you mean a range in the spreadsheet or a UserForm?

And by click on Format you mean what? My versions of Excel do not have a
Format button.

If you are talking about a range make sure you don't have any border set to
white. To do that you choose Format, Cells, Borders, None, OK.
