Template Taxable / Non-taxable function, add quantity/price per
Hello,
I have managed to locate a download template that allows selection of tax if an item is taxable... that works fine, but this template doesn't have columns for item quantity and item price, with calculation... It would be nice if the invoice template that comes with Excell (Office 2003 Pro) had item taxable/non taxable... I don't know how to add functions like this. Forgive my ignorance... any resources for this newbie appreciated. |

Post the URL for the Template you downloaded.
I'm sure it can be altered for quantity and item price along with calculations. The default Sales Invoice Template from Spreadsheet Solutions that ships with Excel 2003 could also be altered to suit. How/where would you designate whether an item is taxable or not? A combination of the two Templates should be fairly simple. Thanks for your reply, Gordon. Here's the template URL that we downloaded:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/te...CT101172551033 We need to add a column for item quantity, item cost (per unit) which calculates total for that item in the price column. You can see how the taxable / non-taxable thing works, which we need to still function. Thanks again in advance, stevek "Gord Dibben" wrote: Post the URL for the Template you downloaded. Steve
I could walk you through it but if you email me I can send you a modified workbook with Quantity and Item Price columns added, along with the appropriate calculations and a brief summary of the steps taken. Change the AT and DOT to get my email address. Gord On Sat, 17 Feb 2007 08:35:01 -0800, SteveK wrote: Thanks for your reply, Gordon.
